Delivery areas and costs

Orders are shipped from Le Mans, France, to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

In France you can choose between home delivery (2–4 working days) and delivery to a pickup point (“point relais”, 3–5 working days). If you choose a pickup point, the order confirmation page shown right after payment lets you select the pickup point of your choice on a map (Mondial Relay, Relais Colis or Colissimo networks); you can change it later from your order page as long as the parcel has not been shipped.

Delivery times are indicated in working days and are average times for preparing and shipping an order, counted from the order confirmation. A tracking number is sent to you by e-mail when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Deliveries outside the European Union

Prices on this site include VAT. For deliveries to a country outside the European Union (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway), import VAT, customs duties and any carrier handling fees of the destination country are not included in the price paid on this site: they are charged to the recipient by the carrier or the customs authorities before delivery. If a parcel is refused because of these charges, the return costs and any charges incurred are deducted from the refund.

On receipt

Please check the condition of the parcel and of the product on receipt and refuse a parcel that is visibly damaged. Any damage, loss or non-conformity due to transport must be reported to soundfix@buqi.fr as soon as possible and in any case within five (5) working days of receipt; after that period the delivery is deemed compliant.

Late delivery

If the product has not been delivered within the time indicated, for any reason other than force majeure, the act of a third party or your own fault, you may, after having asked us to deliver within a reasonable additional period, cancel the sale as provided in Article 5 of our General Terms and Conditions; the sums paid are then refunded within fourteen (14) days.
