Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, if you are a consumer you may withdraw from your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, without having to give any reason and without penalty.

To exercise this right, notify us within that period by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or by any other unambiguous statement, for example by e-mail to soundfix@buqi.fr. You may use our withdrawal form (PDF, French and English).

The product must be sent back within fourteen (14) days of your notification, in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions), together with the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products cannot be accepted. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

We refund the price of your order and the original delivery charges no later than fourteen (14) days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment as for the initial transaction.

Damaged or non-conforming delivery

Please check the parcel and the product on receipt. In the event of damage, loss or non-conformity due to transport, inform us as soon as possible, and in any case within five (5) working days of receipt, by e-mail to soundfix@buqi.fr, with photographs.

Legal warranties

As a consumer you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for two (2) years from delivery, and from the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). To make a claim, write to soundfix@buqi.fr describing the defect and attaching photographs. Full details are given in Articles 6 and 7 of our General Terms and Conditions (Terms of service).
